We accept most traditional PPO, DPO dental insurance plans, some Medicaid programs for adults such as United Health Care, Molina, Humana. We also accept Medicaid and Tx CHIP programs for children under 21 year old : MCNA, DentaQuest.
We do not accept DHMO, DMO dental insurance plans. You can call in to provide us your insurance information for verification ahead of appointment.
Before call in, please have the following information handy: your name and a call back phone number, the patient's name, patient 's date of birth, the insured name, the insurer's date of birth, the insurance name, the insurance ID and /or group number, the insurance's provider 1-800 phone number. Please be patient and give us sometimes to verify the insurance.
Once we are able to verify your insurance, we will call you back to notify you of your insurance status. You can set up the appointment with us on the first call to secure your most convenient time and date, or you can set up after your insurance is verified.
Payment Methods
If you have insurance coverage, we will gladly send the claims to the insurances for you.
Except Medicaid and Tx CHIP programs, Insurance policies generally cover portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of the treatment.
For your convenience, we also accept payments made with your credit cards: Visa, MasternCard, Discover, and American Express.
